National Medical Support Notice definition

National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:

National Medical Support Notice means an administrative notice issued by the public authority to enforce health insurance provisions of a support order in accordance with Code of Federal Regulations, title 45, section 303.32, in cases where the public authority provides support enforcement services.

National Medical Support Notice means the notice promulgated pursuant to section 401(b) of the Child Support Performance and Incentive Act of 1998 [Pub. L. 105-200; 112 Stat. 645] and regulations adopted thereunder; and

The national medical support notice is not applicable to a provider of public coverage.
