Provisional ballot means a ballot voted provisionally by a person:
Regular ballot means a ballot that is not a provisional ballot.
postal ballot means voting by post or through any electronic mode;
Provisional ballot envelope means an envelope printed in the form required by
Spoiled ballot means each ballot that:
Official ballot means the ballots distributed by the election officer to the poll
Sample ballot means a mock ballot similar in form to the official ballot printed
Class IO Distribution Amount As defined in Section 5.07(f) hereof. For purposes of clarity, the Class IO Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall equal the amount payable to the Supplemental Interest Trust on such Distribution Date in excess of the amount payable on the Class IO Interest on such Distribution Date, all as further provided in Section 5.07(f) hereof.
Uncertificated Principal Balance With respect to each REMIC 1 Regular Interest, the principal amount of such REMIC Regular Interest outstanding as of any date of determination. As of the Closing Date, the Uncertificated Principal Balance of each REMIC 1 Regular Interest shall equal the amount set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto as its initial Uncertificated Principal Balance. On each Distribution Date, the Uncertificated Principal Balance of each such REMIC 1 Regular Interest shall be reduced by all distributions of principal made on such REMIC 1 Regular Interest on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.06 and, if and to the extent necessary and appropriate, shall be further reduced on such Distribution Date by Realized Losses as provided in Section 4.07. The Uncertificated Principal Balance of REMIC 1 Regular Interest LT-ZZ shall be increased by interest deferrals as provided in Section 4.06. The Uncertificated Principal Balance of each REMIC Regular Interest shall never be less than zero.
Class P Fraction Any Class I-P, Class II-P or Class III-P Fraction, as applicable.
Total Voting Power means, with respect to any Person, the total number of votes which may be cast in the election of directors of such Person at any meeting of stockholders of such Person if all securities entitled to vote in the election of directors of such Person (on a fully diluted basis, assuming the exercise, conversion or exchange of all rights, warrants, options and securities exercisable for, exchangeable for or convertible into, such voting securities) were present and voted at such meeting (other than votes that may be cast only upon the happening of a contingency).
Regular Principal Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the Note Balance as of such Payment Date (before giving effect to any principal payments made on the Notes on such Payment Date), over (ii) the excess, if any, of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the end of the related Collection Period less the Overcollateralization Target Amount minus (b) the sum of the First Priority Principal Distribution Amount and the Second Priority Principal Distribution Amount for such Payment Date.
Certificate Notional Balance With respect to each Certificate of Class X and any date of determination, the product of (i) the Class Certificate Notional Balance of such Class and (ii) the applicable Percentage Interest of such Certificate.
Paper ballot means a paper that contains:
Regular Distribution Dates means each April 1 and October 1, commencing on April 1, 2016; provided, however, that, if any such day shall not be a Business Day, the related distribution shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day without additional interest.
Regular Distribution Date Replacement Liquidity Facility", "Responsible Officer", "Scheduled Payment", "Special Payment", "S&P", "Stated Interest Rate", "Subordination Agent", "Taxes", "Threshold Rating", "Trust Agreement", "Trustee", "Underwriters", "Underwriting Agreement", "United States" and "Written Notice".
Regular Care means Treatment that is administered as frequently as is medically required according to guidelines established by nationally recognized authorities, medical research, healthcare organizations, governmental agencies or rehabilitative organizations. Care must be rendered personally by your Physician according to generally accepted medical standards in your locality, be of a demonstrable medical value and be necessary to meet your basic health needs.
Uncertificated Balance The amount of the REMIC Regular Interests outstanding as of any date of determination. As of the Closing Date, the Uncertificated Balance of each REMIC Regular Interest shall equal the amount set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto as its initial uncertificated balance. On each Distribution Date, the Uncertificated Balance of the REMIC Regular Interest shall be reduced by all distributions of principal made on such REMIC Regular Interest on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 5.01 of this Agreement and, if and to the extent necessary and appropriate, shall be further reduced on such Distribution Date by Realized Losses as provided in Section 5.04 of this Agreement and the Uncertificated Balance of REMIC II Regular Interest ZZ shall be increased by interest deferrals as provided in Section 5.01 of this Agreement. The Uncertificated Balance of each REMIC Regular Interest shall never be less than zero.
Aggregate Voting Interests The aggregate of the Voting Interests of all the Certificates under this Agreement.
