Regular Care definition

Regular Care means Treatment that is administered as frequently as is medically required according to guidelines established by nationally recognized authorities, medical research, healthcare organizations, governmental agencies or rehabilitative organizations. Care must be rendered personally by your Physician according to generally accepted medical standards in your locality, be of a demonstrable medical value and be necessary to meet your basic health needs.

Examples of Regular Care in a sentence

• We may require you to be examined by a Physician, other medical practitioner and/or vocational expert of our choice, in addition to your obligation to be under the Regular Care of a Physician as specified above.

• Disabled or Disability means that as a result of Physical Disease or Injury, you are unable to perform with reasonable continuity a majority of the material duties of any occupation for which you are qualified by education, training and experience, and you are under the Regular Care and Attendance of a Physician.
