General Dynamics means Defendant General Dynamics Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its headquarters in Reston, Virginia, its successors and assigns, and its subsidiaries, divisions, groups, affiliates, partnerships, and joint ventures, and their directors, officers, managers, agents, and employees.
General Dynamics means General Dynamics Corporation and its Subsidiaries.
General Dynamics or “Respondent” means General Dynamics Corporation, its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns; its joint ventures, subsidiaries, divisions, groups and affiliates controlled by General Dynamics Corporation, and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.
