General Limited Warranty definition

General Limited Warranty means the limited 90 (ninety) days warranty granted to the Customer in relation to the Software as described in Clause 5 below.

  • To the extent the terms of the General Limited Warranty conflict with the terms in this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.

  • Any terms used in this General Limited Warranty as defined terms, and which are not defined herein, shall have the meanings given to those terms in the Terms of Sale.

  • Limited Warranty means the limited warranties and your coverage provided by IKO for your Shingles as expressly set out in this document, and are the only warranties being provided by IKO.
