general practitioner means a medical practitioner whose name is included in the General Practitioner Register kept by the General Medical Council;
Dental practitioner means a person in private practice registered by the Australian Dental Association.
general medical practitioner means a general practitioner as defined in section 3 of the Health Insurance Act 1973.
Subsidiary Agreement means the agreement referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement pursuant to which the Recipient shall make part of the proceeds of the Financing available to the Project Implementing Entity.
medical practitioner means a person who holds a valid registration from the Medical Council of any State or Medical Council of India or Council for Indian Medicine or for Homeopathy set up by the Government of India or a State Government and is thereby entitled to practice medicine within its jurisdiction; and is acting within its scope and jurisdiction of license. The registered practitioner should not be the insured or close Family members.
Qualified Medical Practitioner means a medical practitioner who possesses any recognised medical qualification as defined in clause (h) of section 2 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and who is enrolled on a State Medical register as defined in clause (k) of that section;
Specialist medical practitioner means a specialist as defined in section 3 of the Health Insurance Act 1973.
registered medical practitioner means a medical practitioner registered under the Medical Act 1971 [Act 50];
Project Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of the Company held for the purpose of holding, leasing, developing, constructing or acquiring energy generating, transmission or distribution assets, or assets related thereto, or any other power or energy facility or any assets related thereto, and any Subsidiary of the Company whose assets consist primarily of equity interests in one or more other Project Subsidiaries; provided that a Subsidiary will cease to be a Project Subsidiary if it Guarantees any Indebtedness of the Company other than obligations of the Company related to Project Debt of one or more Project Subsidiaries.
Licensed Medical Practitioner means a person who is licensed, certified, and/or registered, in accordance with applicable Federal, State, local, or foreign laws and regulations, to prescribe controlled substances and other drugs.
Pledged Operating Agreements means all of each Grantor’s rights, powers, and remedies under the limited liability company operating agreements of each of the Pledged Companies that are limited liability companies.
Physician assistant supervision agreement means a written agreement, jointly
Borrowing Subsidiary Agreement means a Borrowing Subsidiary Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1.
Mid-level practitioner means a certified nurse-midwife engaging in the independent practice of midwifery under the independent practice of midwifery act, an advanced practice registered nurse issued a license pursuant to K.S.A. 65-1131, and amendments thereto, who has authority to prescribe drugs pursuant to a written protocol with a responsible physician under K.S.A. 65-1130, and amendments thereto, or a physician assistant licensed under the physician assistant licensure act who has authority to prescribe drugs pursuant to a written agreement with a supervising physician under K.S.A. 65-28a08, and amendments thereto.
Borrower LLC Agreement means the limited liability company agreement of the Borrower, dated on or about the Closing Date, as amended, modified, supplemented, restated or replaced from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Operating Agreement means this Operating Agreement as originally executed and as amended from time to time.
JV Subsidiary any Subsidiary of a Group Member which is not a Wholly Owned Subsidiary and as to which the business and management thereof is jointly controlled by the holders of the Capital Stock therein pursuant to customary joint venture arrangements.
Participating Certified Nurse Practitioner means a Certified Nurse Practitioner who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Project Funding Agreement means an agreement in the form of Schedule E that incorporates the terms of this Agreement and enables the Funder to provide one-time or short term funding for a specific project or service that is not already described in the Schedules;
Borrower Partnership Agreement means the Limited Partnership Agreement of the Borrower dated as of January 17, 2014 as such agreement may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time with the consent of the Administrative Agent or as permitted under Section 10.10.
Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.
Certified nurse practitioner means an individual who is licensed as a registered professional nurse under part 172 who has been granted a specialty certification as a nurse practitioner by the Michigan board of nursing under section 17210.
Material Subsidiary means any Subsidiary that is not an Immaterial Subsidiary.
Nurse practitioner means an advanced practice registered nurse who is jointly licensed by the
PJM Operating Agreement means the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of PJM on file with the Commission.
Subsidiary Joinder Agreement means a joinder to this Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
