Qualified Medical Practitioner definition

Qualified Medical Practitioner means a medical practitioner who possesses any recognised medical qualification as defined in clause (i) of section 2 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and who is enrolled on a Indian Medical Register as defined in clause (e) and on a State Medical Register as defined in clause (l) of the said section;
Qualified Medical Practitioner means any person legally authorized by the Government with jurisdiction in the geographical area of his or her practice to render medical or surgical service, but excluding a qualified medical practitioner who is the Insured Person or an Immediate Family Member of the Insured Person.
Qualified Medical Practitioner means a registered and qualified medical practitioner licensed under applicable laws and acting within the scope of his/her license and training. The attending Qualified Medical Practitioner shall not be the Insured Person, the Insured Person’s spouse, a person booked to accompany the Insured Person on the International Trip, or a person who is related to the Insured Person.
