General Support definition

General Support means the Support Services provided for a defined period from general availability (“GA”) of a release. General Support includes bug and security fixes and technical support services.
General Support means enquiries of a non-urgent nature relating to financial business queries and WIPS Plus functional support, including password resets and modification of existing facilities and services.

Related to General Support
