General T&Cs definition

General T&Cs means these Nedbank General Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, including all notices and correspondence that Nedbank may send to the Client from time to time;
General T&Cs means the general terms and conditions set out in Clauses 1 to 15.
General T&Cs means the general terms and conditions of BDQ available at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx/legal/general-terms-conditions, in the form current as at the date of the relevant Order, subject to variations in accordance with their terms;

General T&Cs means these terms and conditions which govern the agreement between You and Sasfin regarding any products and/or services which Sasfin provides to You;
