Generator Assets definition

Generator Assets means the Generating Facilities and related property, machinery, equipment, facilities and systems, including the Generator Leads and Attachment Facilities, delineated on Annex II as owned by Generator.
Generator Assets means Xxxxx A and Xxxxx B and such other assets and property of the Generator as may be used primarily for the purpose of operating and maintaining Xxxxx A and Xxxxx B, or either of them, which, for greater certainty, do not include any Electricity, By- products, Related Products or Liquid Investments or any assets, property, activities, undertakings, revenues or goodwill of the Excluded Business. “G FMV” has the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 3. “GA FMV” has the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 3.

  • Pool-Scheduled Resources are those Resources for which Market Participants submitted Supply Offers, Demand Reduction Offers, or Demand Bids in the Day-Ahead Energy Market and which the ISO scheduled in the Day-Ahead Energy Market as well as Generator Assets, DARDs or Demand Response Resources committed by the ISO subsequent to the Day-Ahead Energy Market.

  • All Market Participants shall submit to the ISO schedules for any External Transactions involving use of Generator Assets or the New England Transmission System as specified below, and shall inform the ISO whether the transaction is to be included in the Day-Ahead Energy Market.

  • Generator Assets and Demand Response Resources shall have a 5% or 5 MWh threshold when determining such deviations.

  • Market Participants selling into the New England Markets from Generator Assets may submit Supply Offers for the supply of energy for the following Operating Day.

  • In order to establish and maintain accurate records of Generator real power capabilities, all Generator Assets registered with ISO perform capability auditing in accordance with Market Rule 1, Section III.1.5.1.2. In order to recognize certain operating characteristics, the following conditions apply:a.

  • Any Claimed Capability Audit value of a Generator Asset must reflect any limitations based upon the interdependence of common elements between two or more Generator Assets such as: auxiliaries, limiting operating parameters, and the deployment of operating personnel.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Generator means a device that produces electricity.

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

  • surplus assets means, in relation to the incorporated association, the assets after payment of the debts and liabilities remaining on a winding-up of the incorporated association and the costs, charges and expenses of the winding-up.
