Related Products. Seller hereby agrees to provide and convey to Buyer all Related Products during the Term. Seller represents and warrants that Seller holds the rights to all Related Products and Seller agrees to convey and hereby conveys all such Related Products to the Buyer. Buyer shall have the exclusive right to the Related Products and all benefits derived therefrom, including the exclusive right to sell, convey, transfer, allocate, designate, award, report or otherwise provide any and all of the Related Products purchased under this Agreement and the right to all revenues generated from the use, sale or marketing of such Related Products.
Related Products. During the term of this Agreement and any other period that Retailer sells or markets the Vendor Products, Retailer hereby agrees not to sell or market, either directly or indirectly, any cigars or cigar products, other than the Vendor Products, in, on or from humidors.

All SKUs, packages, flavors, calorie or other variations offered by Company of: POWERADE powder POWERADE ZERO Drops DASANI Drops Minute Maid Drops Glacéau Vitaminwater Zero Drops Fuze Drops This Employee Matters Agreement, dated as of , 2015, is made by and between COCA-COLA REFRESHMENTS USA, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”), and COCA-COLA BOTTLING CO. CONSOLIDATED, a Delaware corporation (“Buyer”).
Related Products. OMP may from time to time offer products for sale relating to skin care, which are not listed in Exhibit A (“Related Product(s)”). Such Related Product(s), new or not, may be incorporated into this Agreement by written amendment at any time during the term of this Agreement. If OMP, in its sole discretion, chooses to distribute such Related Products in the Territory during the term of this Agreement, OMP shall offer Distributor the exclusive right to promote, market, sell and distribute such Related Products in the Territory subject to this Agreement, which offer shall be open for acceptance for a period no longer than thirty (30) days. The terms and conditions upon which OMP shall offer to Distributor the rights to distribute Related Products in the Territory shall be at least as favorable as the terms and conditions upon which OMP offers such distribution rights with respect to Related Products to any third-party distributor(s) outside of the Territory, including, but not limited to, maximum discounted prices and terms of payment. In the event that Distributor chooses not to accept OMP’s offer to include any such Related Products in this Agreement, OMP may use other persons or entities to act as distributors of such Related Product(s) to Customers in the Territory without further obligation to Distributor.
Related Products. The scope of Lot 1 and Lot 2 includes Related Products as defined in Section 1.4
1. Consumables and supplies that shall be used for Vehicle or Heavy Equipment maintenance or repair, but are not required for the continued operation of a Vehicle or Heavy Equipment (e.g., cleanser, polish, sponges, towels, chamois, wax, paint, enamels, and touch-up liquids);
2. Supplies, tools and equipment that shall be used in the operation of the facility where Vehicles or Heavy Equipment are repaired, or to install or service Parts, but are not required for the continued operation of a Vehicle or Heavy Equipment (e.g., tool storage containers, janitorial/cleaning supplies, power tools, battery charger, wheel balancers);
3. Acceptance of used Parts (also known as “cores”) for remanufacturing purposes;
4. Short-term rental of Parts and equipment;
5. Inventory stocking programs, including the stocking of Parts owned by the Contractor at the Authorized User location, but not billed to the Authorized User until used;
Related Products. Isolation Pads are not required with molded recycled rubber curbs. Pad or slip sheet shall conform to the existing roof manufacturers system if required.

Related Products. The joint development applies to products as defined by product portfolio management where both existing overlapping products are moved simultaneously into maintenance mode or where currently neither Nokia nor COMPANY have an existing product. Enhancement of product functionality

The move to maintenance mode applies to selected products as specified by product portfolio management, in particular • To a product where a Lead product in case of overlapping products is identified or • To products which will be moved to maintenance mode due to their lifecycle status or • To products which will be replaced by a jointly developed new product. Related Products. ZO SKIN HEALTH may from time to time offer products for sale related to the “ZO Medical” line of products which are not listed in Exhibit A (“Related Products”). Such Related Products, new or not, may be unilaterally added to Exhibit A by ZO SKIN HEALTH at any time and shall thereafter become subject to this Agreement. If ZO SKIN HEALTH, in its sole discretion, chooses to distribute such Related Products in the Territory during the term of this Agreement, ZO SKIN HEALTH shall offer Distributor the exclusive right to promote, market, sell and distribute such Related Products in the Territory Distribution Agreement ZO Medical – Int’l Form v. 4.0 - Cutera final-2 within the Channels of Distribution, subject to the terms of this Agreement, which offer shall be open for acceptance for a period no longer than thirty (30) days. In the event Distributor chooses not to accept ZO SKIN HEALTH’s offer to include any such Related Products as a part of its Minimum. Product Purchases under Section 4.l(a) hereof , ZO SKIN HEALTH may enter into distributor agreements with other distributors in the Territory for the distribution of such Related Products to Customers without further obligation to Distributor.
