Genting WA means Genting (Western Australia) Pty. Limited; a wholly owned subsidiary of Genting, incorporated in Western Australia and acting in its own right or as trustee of the Genting (Western Australia) Trust;
Supportive housing means housing with no limit on length of stay, that is occupied by the target population, and that is linked to an onsite or offsite service that assists the supportive housing resident in retaining the housing, improving his or her health status, and maximizing his or her ability to live and, when possible, work in the community.
Veteran-owned Small Business Enterprise (VSBE) means A business that is verified by the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs as a veteran-owned small business. See Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) 21.11.13.
Small Business Enterprise means, as MCC 2-92-670 may be updated from time to time, a small business as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, pursuant to the business size standards found in 13 C.F.R. Part 121, relevant to the scope(s) of work the firm seeks to perform on city contracts. A firm is not an eligible small business enterprise in any city fiscal year in which its gross receipts, averaged over the firm's previous five fiscal years, exceed the size standards of 13 C.F.R. Part 121.
Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
Purchasing Division means the West Virginia Department of Administration, Purchasing Division.
Community college means a community college established under Iowa Code chapter 260C.
LLC Division means the division of a limited liability company into two or more limited liability companies, with the dividing company continuing or terminating its existence as a result, whether pursuant to the laws of any applicable jurisdiction or otherwise (including, without limitation, any “plan of division” under Section 18-217 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act or any similar statute or provision under applicable law or otherwise).
QFII means a qualified foreign institutional investor approved pursuant to the relevant PRC regulations (as amended from time to time).
Federally Qualified Health Center means a non-administrative medical facility with a fixed permanent location that is identified on the following search engines and offers health services on a sliding scale payment system: http://findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov or http://www.ihs.gov/ or http://www.aachc.org/.
