Giant PC definition

Giant PC. A Pass-Through PC designated by Xxxxxxx Mac as a Giant PC, representing an undivided beneficial ownership interest in a Pass-Through Pool, in respect of which a single Class has been created, and which is entitled to receive either (a) all of the principal and interest payments made on the Assets or (b) all of the principal and interest payments made on the Assets except any amounts retained by Xxxxxxx Mac.
