GIS files definition

GIS files used in this agreement means all computer generated digitized files developed, retained, and as may be developed by ▇▇▇▇▇ County, Missouri, in the future as a part of its geographic information system, regardless of format, developed in cooperation with the city of Columbia, Missouri, and ▇▇▇▇▇ Electric Cooperative and provided to the undersigned Licensee. The undersigned Licensee hereby acknowledges that ▇▇▇▇▇ County, Missouri, has protected legal rights under the federal copyright law and state law to any and all such GIS files provided hereunder in existence or hereafter developed and that such GIS files are the proprietary, intellectual property of Licensor.

Related to GIS files

  • Receivable Files means the documents specified in Section 3.3.

  • Public records means all writings and recordings that consist of letters, words or numbers, or their equivalent, set down by handwriting, typewriting, printing, photostatting, photography, magnetic impulse, optical or magneto-optical form, mechanical or electronic recording or other form of data compilation, however stored, and regardless of physical form or characteristics, prepared or owned by, or in the possession of a public body or its officers, employees or agents in the transaction of public business.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.
