GLBA definition

GLBA means, collectively, Title V – Privacy of the Gramm–Xxxxx–Xxxxxx Act, P.L. 106–102 and implementing regulations promulgated thereunder, and the standards for safeguarding customer information set forth in 12 CFR Part 364 and 16 CFR Part 314, all as they may be amended, supplemented and/or interpreted in writing from time to time by any federal Regulatory Authority.
GLBA means the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act and its implementing regulations.
GLBA means the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act of 1999, any successor federal statute thereto and all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, as any of the same may be amended from time to time.
