Global Capital Security Certificate definition

Global Capital Security Certificate means a certificate evidencing the rights and obligations of a Holder in respect of the number of Capital Securities specified on such certificate and which is registered in the name of a Clearing Agency or a nominee thereof.
Global Capital Security Certificate means a Capital Security Certificate issued in global form.
