GNI System definition

GNI System means the gas transmission system, comprising the transmission system referred to in Recital D and the capacity held by GNI in the GNI (UK) System as described in Clause 2.1(a), in respect of which XXX enters into transportation arrangements with shippers as described in Clause 2.1(c).
GNI System means the transportation system comprising the GNI Pipeline System and the capacity in the GNI (UK) System held by GNI as described in paragraph 3.6(b);
GNI System means the pipeline system operated by GNI or its Affiliate for the conveyance of Natural Gas to or from the Interconnection Point and all other pipelines comprising the Natural Gas transportation system operated by GNI or its Affiliate under the Code of Operations;
