Goods and Work definition

Goods and Work means the entire dollar value of the Work including Labour. For further clarification "Inuit Goods and Work" includes all labour of Inuit Firms attributable to and paid from the Contract.

Goods and Work. ’ means the materials and services supplied or to be supplied as described on the face of this quotation. ‘’includes’’ or ‘’including’’ means includes or including without limitation.

Examples of Goods and Work in a sentence

  • Any and all Goods and Work Products (as applicable) shall be properly packaged and conform to the descriptions, quantity, price and specifications (if any) set out herein.

  • Upon placement of a Purchase Order by EY, any and all Goods and Work Products ordered, leased or purchased, whether tangible or intangible, shall be deemed identified.

  • Upon such delivery and acceptance, Company shall assume risk of loss of or damage to the Goods and Work Product, subject to (i) the risk allocations in Article 12.3.2; (ii) the obligations in Article 14; and (iii) Contractor having risk of loss of or damage to defective or nonconforming Goods rejected by Company pursuant to Article 2.11.

  • Except as ADB may otherwise agree, Goods and Work shall only be procured on the basis of the methods of procurement set forth below: National Competitive Bidding Shopping The methods of procurement are subject to, among other things, the detailed arrangements and threshold values set forth in the Procurement Plan.

  • These warranties will survive any inspection, delivery, acceptance or payment by Maxim for the Goods and Work and are in addition to and shall not be construed as restricting or limiting any warranties of Maxim, express or implied, that are provided by law or exist by operation of law.

  • If Contractor does not deliver such Goods and Work Product, Secure may remove from Contractor's possession all Goods and Work Product (whether completed or not) for which Secure has paid or is obligated to pay to the date of termination, without hindrance by Contractor or anyone claiming through Contractor.

  • Supplier’s only remedy for such termination will be payment for any sums due and payable by Port Authority to Supplier for any Accepted Goods and Work or Services Delivered in accordance with the Agreement up until the date of termination.

  • Goods and Services or "goods or services" means any work, labor, commodities, equipment, materials, or supplies of any tangible or intangible nature, except real property or any interest therein, provided or performed through a contract awarded by a purchasing agent, including goods and property subject to N.J.S.A. 12A:2-101 et seq.

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.

  • Production equipment (1 7 9) means tooling, templates, jigs, mandrels, moulds, dies, fixtures, alignment mechanisms, test equipment, other machinery and components therefor, limited to those specially designed or modified for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.
