Goods and Work definition

Goods and Work means the entire dollar value of the Work including Labour. For further clarification "Inuit Goods and Work" includes all labour of Inuit Firms attributable to and paid from the Contract.
Goods and Work means the materials or the materials and services supplied or to be supplied as described on the Quotation or delivery docket including but not limited to concrete, rock, sand and minerals.
Goods and Work. ’ means the materials and services supplied or to be supplied as described on the face of this quotation. ‘’includes’’ or ‘’including’’ means includes or including without limitation.

Examples of Goods and Work in a sentence

  • Any and all Goods and Work Products (as applicable) shall be properly packaged and conform to the descriptions, quantity, price and specifications (if any) set out herein.

  • Upon placement of a Purchase Order by EY, any and all Goods and Work Products ordered, leased or purchased, whether tangible or intangible, shall be deemed identified.

  • The Client’s written order to commence the supply/performance of the Goods and Work or such commencement by the Company constitutes acceptance of the offer.

  • Where the Company leaves equipment on the Site in connection with the supply/performance of the Goods and Work, the Client shall take all reasonable precautions to secure the Site to prevent loss or damage to the equipment or any injury to persons entering upon the Site.

  • Except to the extent otherwise explicitly agreed in writing between the parties, these Conditions (and the credit application completed by the Client and credit guarantees if applicable) govern the entire relationship between the Company and the Client in connection with the provision of the Goods and Work and will prevail over any other document (including purchase order terms or procurement terms provided by the Client) from time to time.

  • Goods/Materials means any of the articles, materials, machinery, equipments, supplies, drawing, data and other property and all services including but not limited to design, delivery, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning specified or required to complete the order.

  • Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.
