Government Support definition

Government Support means tax incentives, incentives for the reduction of mandatory contributions, government grants, government-supported loans, and guaranties, trusts, or insurance provided by a government, irrespective of whether a private entity is wholly or partially responsible for management of the government support.
Government Support means the Government support for a Project, as applicable, in terms of Section 17 of the PPP Act;
Government Support means government funding and any other forms of contribution or support by the government throughout the PPP life cycle;

More Definitions of Government Support

Government Support means the economic support and guarantees that may be provided in accordance with Article 47 of the Proclamation;
Government Support means financial support provided by federal, provincial or municipal governments, including without limitation capital and operating grants, subsidies, repayable or forgivable loans, reimbursable tax credits, and loan guarantees.

  • Government Contract means any Contract, as amended by binding modifications or change orders, between the Company and (i) a Governmental Authority, (ii) any prime contractor of a Governmental Authority or (iii) any subcontractor with respect to any contract of a type described in clauses (i) or (ii) above. A task, purchase or delivery order under a Government Contract will not constitute a separate Government Contract, for purposes of this definition, but will be part of the Government Contract to which it relates.
