Grant Amounts definition

Grant Amounts means moneys granted to the City by the U.S. Department of Energy in connection with the subject matter of this Agreement as expressed in the recitals hereto.

Examples of Grant Amounts in a sentence

  • Preliminary costs, including planning, plan documentation, designs, appraisals and negotiations, permit costs, consultant costs, and other similar costs, are expenditures subject to maximum 20% (including indirect and overhead costs) of the Grant Amount for Grant Amounts over $100,000 dollars.

  • During the Term, the Annual Grant Amounts shown above may be supplemented pursuant to the terms of Sections 4.3 and 4.4 below.

  • Amounts on deposit in the Reserve Fund for which a Reserve Fund Credit Facility has been substituted shall be released as follows: (i) first, amounts in the Grant Amounts Account will be returned to the City and (ii) second, amounts in the Bond Proceeds Account will be deposited by the Fiscal Agent into the Bond Fund, unless the City otherwise directs the Fiscal Agent to deposit such funds into the Improvement Fund.

  • Grant Amount has the meaning set forth in Article 3(A) of this Agreement. “Performance Period” has the meaning set forth in Article 5(B) of this Agreement. “Project” has the meaning set forth in Article 3(A) of this Agreement.

  • Maximum Basic Grant Amount’ has the same meaning as set out in item 1 of Schedule 1 of HESA;

  • Clawback Eligible Incentive Compensation means all Incentive-based Compensation Received by an Executive Officer (i) on or after the effective date of the applicable Nasdaq rules, (ii) after beginning service as an Executive Officer, (iii) who served as an Executive Officer at any time during the applicable performance period relating to any Incentive-based Compensation (whether or not such Executive Officer is serving at the time the Erroneously Awarded Compensation is required to be repaid to the Company), (iv) while the Company has a class of securities listed on a national securities exchange or a national securities association, and (v) during the applicable Clawback Period (as defined below).

  • Dividend Equivalents means a right granted to a Participant under the Plan to receive the equivalent value (in cash or Shares) of dividends paid on Shares.

  • Grant Year has the same meaning as in subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1 of HESA;
