Dividend Equivalents definition

Dividend Equivalents means a right granted to a Participant under the Plan to receive the equivalent value (in cash or Shares) of dividends paid on Shares.
Dividend Equivalents means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Article 8 to receive the equivalent value (in cash or Stock) of dividends paid on Stock.

  • If a dividend on Stock is payable wholly or partially in other than cash or Stock, the Administrator may, in its discretion, provide for such Dividend Equivalents with respect to that portion as it deems appropriate under the circumstances.
