If so approved by the Grantor Council and the Grantee, then such amendment(s) shall be deemed part of this Franchise.
If the Parties reach a mutual agreement upon the suggested amendment(s), such amendment(s) shall be submitted to the Grantor Council for its approval.
Grantee shall be provided the right to a public hearing affording due process before the Grantor Council prior to revocation, which public hearing shall follow the sixty (60) day notice provided in paragraph (a) above.
Each and every term, provision, or condition herein is subject to the provisions of State law, federal law, and the generally applicable ordinances and regulations enacted by the Grantor Council pursuant thereto, portions of which may be codified in the Municipal Code.
Failure to comply with any Customer Service Standards of the Grantor, as the same may be amended from time to time by the Grantor Council acting by ordinance or resolution.

Grantee shall be bound by the Grantor’s decision to revoke the Franchise unless it appeals the decision to a court of competent jurisdiction within fifteen (15) days of the date of the decision.(3) Grantee shall be entitled to such relief as the Court may deem appropriate.(4) The Grantor Council may, at its sole discretion, take any lawful action that it deems appropriate to enforce Grantor's rights under the Franchise in lieu of revocation of the Franchise.
Within fifteen (15) business days following receipt of such notice, Grantee shall restore the letter of credit to the amount required under this Franchise.(E) Grantee shall have the right to appeal to the Grantor Council for reimbursement in the event Grantee believes that the letter of credit was drawn upon improperly.
Together with the notice required herein, Grantor shall provide Grantee with written findings of fact which are the basis of the revocation.Grantee shall be provided the right to a public hearing affording due process before the Grantor Council prior to revocation, which public hearing shall follow the sixty (60) day notice provided in paragraph (a) above.
The Grantor Council shall hear any Persons interested in the revocation, and shall allow Grantee, in particular, an opportunity to state its position on the matter.
