A particular matter of business may be singled out from the Consent Agenda for debate or for a separate vote upon the request of any Member of Council.
Any Member of Council or the Audience Requesting Separate Consideration May do so by Making Such Request Before Motion is Proposed.
If discussion is desired upon request of a Member of Council, that item is removed from the Consent Report and is considered separately.
