Grantor Trust Z definition

Grantor Trust Z. That certain "grantor trust" (within the meaning of the Grantor Trust Provisions), the assets of which consist of any Additional Interest with respect to the Trust ARD Loans and any successor Trust REO Loans after their respective Anticipated Repayment Dates and amounts held from time to time in the Collection Account and/or the Additional Interest Account that represent Additional Interest.
Grantor Trust Z. That certain "grantor trust" (within the meaning of the Grantor Trust Provisions), the assets of which consist of any Additional Post-ARD Interest collected on any Trust ARD Loans and any successor Trust REO Loans with respect thereto after their respective Anticipated Repayment Dates and amounts held from time to time in the Collection Accounts and/or the Additional Post-ARD Interest Account that represent such collections of Additional Post-ARD Interest; provided that Grantor Trust Z will be created only if the Trust Fund includes Trust ARD Loans.

  • The other parties hereto shall provide on a timely basis to the REMIC Administrator or its designee such information with respect to Grantor Trust Z and Grantor Trust E as is in its possession and reasonably requested by the REMIC Administrator to enable it to perform its obligations under this Section 10.02.

  • Under no circumstances may the REMIC Administrator vary the assets of either of Grantor Trust Z or Grantor Trust E so as to take advantage of variations in the market so as to improve the rate of return of Holders of the Class Z Certificates or the holder of the Excess Servicing Strip, as the case may be.

  • The portion of the Trust Fund consisting of (i) the Additional Interest and the Additional Interest Account and (ii) amounts held from time to time in the Collection Account and/or the Additional Interest Account that represent Additional Interest shall be treated as a grantor trust for federal income tax purposes, and such grantor trust will be designated as "Grantor Trust Z".

  • Note A-2 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-2 PSA.

  • Liquidating Trust Assets means the assets of a Debtor or Debtor-Controlled Entity to be transferred to a Liquidating Trust as may be determined by the Plan Administrator, which shall be described in a Liquidating Trust Agreement.

  • Titling Trust Agreement means the Amended and Restated Trust and Servicing Agreement, dated as of August 26, 1998, among NILT Trust, as the Grantor and the UTI Beneficiary, the Servicer, the Delaware Trustee, the Titling Trustee and the Trust Agent.

  • Liquidating Trust Agreement means an agreement evidencing the terms and provisions governing a Liquidating Trust that shall be entered into prior to the establishment of such Liquidating Trust and pursuant to which a Liquidating Trustee shall manage and administer Liquidating Trust Assets.

  • PFPC Trust means PFPC Trust Company or a subsidiary or affiliate of PFPC Trust Company.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust into which any Non-Lead Securitization Note is deposited.

  • Class A-PO Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-PO Certificate.

  • REMIC Trust means a “real estate mortgage investment conduit” within the meaning of Section 860D of the Code that holds the Note.

  • Owner Trust Estate means all right, title and interest of the Trust in and to the property and rights assigned to the Trust pursuant to Article II of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, all funds on deposit from time to time in the Trust Accounts and all other property of the Trust from time to time, including any rights of the Trust pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Titling Trust means GE TF Trust, a Delaware statutory trust.

  • Note A-1 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust created in connection with the Lead Securitization.
