Grass Pitch definition

Grass Pitch means a field of play (as that term is defined in the Laws of the Game) that is natural grass, predominantly natural grass or intended to be predominantly natural grass and which conforms to the requirements of the Laws of the Game.

Grass Pitch means the grass pitches to be constructed pursuant to the Authority's Requirements at each of the Sites;

• The Contractor shall give the Authority and the Technical Adviser not less than 5 Business Days notice of the date when it proposes to inspect a New Project Facility with a view to issuing a Certificate of Service Availability and/or a Certificate of External Works Availability and/or a Certificate of Grass Pitch Availability in respect of that New Project Facility and representatives from the Authority and the Technical Adviser shall make a joint inspection with the Contractor.

• KEY PARTNER ROLES MWMFT… is responsible for the following: Giving its permission for MJFC to carry improvement works to the pitches on Memorial Playing Fields as set out the Grass Pitch Assessment report (and in line with their funding agreement with the Football Foundation – delete if not applicable).

• Site Owner The trustee of the land is responsible for the following: • Giving its permission for the football club to carry improvement works to the pitches at the Bramshott War Memorial Recreation Ground as set out the Grass Pitch Assessment report (and in line with any funding agreement with the Football Foundation).

• Immediately following the issue of any Certificate of Service Availability, Certificate of External Works Availability and/or a Certificate of Grass Pitch Availability the Contractor shall send a true and complete certified copy of such certificate to the Authority and the Technical Adviser.
