Greate Bay s sole remedies for any breach of the As-Documented Warranty, TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER REMEDIES THEREFOR, IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, will be ACSC's obligation to modify the Software or SMS Software for Greate Bay, at no charge, so that it conforms to the published specifications.
