Aggregate Invested Amount definition

Aggregate Invested Amount means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the Invested Amounts of all Series of Certificates issued and outstanding on such date of determination.
Aggregate Invested Amount means the sum of the Invested Amounts with respect to all Series of Outstanding Investor Notes.
Aggregate Invested Amount means, at any date of determination, the sum of the Invested Amounts with respect to all Outstanding Series on such date of determination.

  • Immediately after giving effect to each Incremental Purchase hereunder, the Aggregate Invested Amount is less than or equal to the Purchase Limit and the aggregate of the Receivable Interests does not exceed 100%.

Aggregate Invested Amount means, on any date of determination, the aggregate Invested Amount of all Receivable Interests of all Purchasers outstanding on such date.
