Green Economy/Carbon Footprint a) The Supplier/Service Provider has in its bid provided Transnet with an understanding of the Supplier’s/Service Provider’s position with regard to issues such as waste disposal, recycling and energy conservation.
Green Economy/Carbon Footprint a) The Service Provider makes, the Service Provider has in its bid provided Transnet with an understanding of the Service Provider’s position with regard to issues such as waste disposal, recycling and energy conservation. In relation to Supplier Development Implementation Plan, Non Compliance Penalties shall apply as follows:
Green Economy/Carbon Footprint. Transnet wishes to have an understanding of your company’s position with regard to environmental commitments, including key environmental characteristics such as waste disposal, recycling and energy conservation. Please submit details of your entity’s policies in this regard.
Green Economy/Carbon Footprint a) In addition to the Supplier Development and B-BBEE commitments that the Service Provider makes, the Service Provider has in its bid provided TNPA with an understanding of the Service Provider’s position with regard to issues such as waste disposal, recycling and energy conservation.
Green Economy/Carbon Footprint a) The Supplier has in its bid provided Transnet with an understanding of the Supplier’sposition with regard to issues such as waste disposal, recycling and energy conservation.
Green Economy/Carbon Footprint. In addition to the B-BBEE commitments that the Contractor makes, the Contractor has in its bid provided TNPA with an understanding of the Contractor’s position with regard to issues such as Waste disposal, recycling and energy conservation.
Green Economy/Carbon Footprint. The Supplier/Service Provider has in its bid provided Transnet with an understanding of the Supplier’s/Service Provider’s position with regard to issues such as waste disposal, recycling and energy conservation. Where the Service Provider fails to deliver the Services within the agreed parameters and provided that the cause of the delay was not due to a fault of Transnet, penalties shall be imposed at R1 000.00 to R 5 000.00 fees and related service. TNPA shall be entitled to impose/levy penalties upon the Service Provider in the event that the Service Provider does not comply with the quality standards and requirements stipulated in this Agreement. TNPA shall be entitled to deduct such penalties from the monthly amount due to the Service Provider by TNPA. The Service Provider agrees to the imposition of such penalties and authorises TNPA to apply set-off as is contemplated in this clause 7.1.
