Gross Price definition

Gross Price for each Product means the Gross Price per kilogram for each year of this Agreement as set forth in Section 4 hereof and Tables II A and B, and Tables III A - I, of Exhibit B, subject to the adjustments set forth in this Agreement.

Gross Price means the unweighted average price per barrel of oil or the average price per M.C.F. of gas produced from Ohio wells and first sold during the five-year period ending with the calendar year immediately preceding the tax lien date, as reported by the department of natural resources.

Gross Price means, with respect to a Licensed Product, the unit price, without deduction, actually invoiced by Mundipharma, its sublicensees or its Associates for the sale of such Licensed Product.

More Definitions of Gross Price

Gross Price means the cost to be paid by the Council to the Contractor for the provision of the service as tendered and adjusted in accordance with the conditions of contract to reflect changes in the Public Transport (Bus) Cost index published by the New Zealand Transport Agency and available on its website;

Gross Price means, with respect to a Royalty-Bearing Product, the unit price, without deduction, actually received by an S&N company from third party end users for the sale of such Royalty-Bearing Product, without inclusion of (i) sales tax, (ii) value added or other excise taxes paid or payable, or (iii) freight charges.

For purposes of clarity, Gross Price shall not include any separate amounts charged by Licensee for Unit Amenities in connection with the sale or lease of an Unsold Condominium Unit; provided that Licensee shall not discount the Gross Price for any Unsold Condominium Unit on the basis of a purchaser’s election to acquire any such Unit Amenities.
