Net Invoice Price definition

Net Invoice Price means the price paid by You for Your Vehicle including all factory fitted accessories and any discount given but excluding retailer fitted accessories, road fund licence, new vehicle registration fee, fuel, paintwork and / or upholstery protection kits, insurance premiums (including this Premium), warranty premiums and any such associated costs and any Negative Equity.
Net Invoice Price means the total price at which an order is invoiced to the customer, including an increase of decrease in the total amount of the order, but excluding shipping and mailing costs; taxes, insurance, and any allowances or discounts granted to the customer by Protective Enterprises.
Net Invoice Price means the price paid by You for Your Vehicle including all factory fitted accessories, any discount given and retailer fitted accessories, but excluding road fund licence, new vehicle registration fee, fuel, paintwork and/or upholstery protection kits, insurance premiums (including this Premium), warranty premiums and any such associated costs and any Negative Equity. Retailer fitted accessories and extras are included up to a maximum total as specified on Your certificate of insurance.

  • Irrespective of the invoice price of the replacement vehicle, the original Net Invoice Price will be used to calculate any future claim.

  • Except as set forth in Section 8.1, this Agreement may be terminated by Principal upon 120 days prior written notice to Agent after the occurrence of any of the following events: (i) a material change in the management, ownership or control or Agent; or (ii) the aggregate Net Invoice Price or the Products sold by Agent in the Territory in the relevant Contract Period is less than the Minimum Net Sales Target.

More Definitions of Net Invoice Price

Net Invoice Price means the total invoice price that the sale is invoiced to the customer, but excluding shipping and mailing costs, taxes, insurance, any allowances or discounts granted to the customer and all charges for installation or instruction.
Net Invoice Price means the price at which the products or services are actually sold to the customer after excluding all shipping costs and any other allowances expressly granted to the customer by the Principal including, but not limited to taxes, discounts, and insurance.

Net Invoice Price means the invoice price after deduction of regular volume and trade discounts, but before deduction of any other terms, including but not limited to shipping costs, duties, tariffs, sales and similar taxes. In no event shall the Net Invoice Price be less than the invoice price LICENSEE uses when Selling to a bona fide third party in an arms-length transaction, whether or not the Sale is to a third party or an entity enjoying a specially favored course of dealing with LICENSEE.
