Gross receipts of subconcessioners definition

Gross receipts of subconcessioners means the total amount received or realized by, or accruing to, subconcessioners from all sources, as a result of the exercise of the rights conferred by a subconcession contract. A subconcessioner will report all of its gross receipts to the Concessioner without allowances, exclusions, or deductions of any kind or nature.

  • Commissioners means the board of county commissioners.

  • Approved Operating Expenses means Operating Expenses incurred by Borrower which (i) are included in the Approved Annual Budget for the current calendar month, (ii) are for real estate taxes, insurance premiums, electric, gas, oil, water, sewer or other utility service to the Property, (iii) if applicable, are for property management fees payable to Manager under the Management Agreement, such amounts not to exceed three percent (3.0)% of the monthly Gross Revenue, (iv) or (v) have otherwise been approved by Lender.

  • Credit property insurance means insurance:

  • Operating Cost means the costs associated with operating a multifamily development once the project is placed in service.

  • Medical malpractice insurance means insurance against legal liability incident to the practice and provision of a medical service other than the practice and provision of a dental service.

  • FHA Mortgage Insurance Contract means the contractual obligation of the FHA respecting the insurance of a Mortgage Loan.

  • Solid insulator means the insulating coating of wiring harnesses, provided in order to cover and prevent the high voltage live parts from any direct contact.

  • Required Insurances means collectively the Project Facility Insurances and the Contractor Insurances.

  • Loss Payable Clauses means the provisions regulating the manner of payment of sums receivable under the Insurances which are to be incorporated in the relevant insurance document, such Loss Payable Clauses to be in the forms set out in paragraph 4 of this Schedule, or such other form as the Bank may from time to time agree in writing;

  • Property Protection Expenses Any costs and expenses incurred by the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.04, 3.07, 3.10(f), 3.10(g) or 3.17(b) or indicated herein as being a cost or expense of the Lower-Tier REMIC to be advanced by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, as applicable.
