Gross Subscription Amount definition
Gross Subscription Amount means the original amount paid by you at the time of subscription before deducting the Preliminary Charge (if any).
Gross Subscription Amount means the aggregate of the total gross subscription amounts (unit price multiplied by the number of Units subscribed for) made by Unitholders of the Fund whose subscription amounts, after payment of expenses of the Fund and provision of reserves, were or will be contributed as a Capital Contribution to the Limited Partnership, less the gross subscription amounts of all Redeemed Unitholders;
