Investment Amount definition

Investment Amount means the dollar amount to be invested by Investor to purchase Put Shares with respect to any Put as notified by the Company to Investor in accordance with Section 2.2.

Investment Amount means the Put Shares referenced in the Put Notice multiplied by the Purchase Price minus the Clearing Costs.

Investment Amount means, with respect to each Investor, the Investment Amount indicated on such Investor’s signature page to this Agreement.

Examples of Investment Amount in a sentence

• For purposes of determining the percentage of the Maximum Investment Amount of any component of the Eligibility Criteria, Defaulted Obligations will be treated as having a Principal Balance of zero.

• The Closing of a Rapid Purchase Notice shall occur one (1) Business Day following the Rapid Purchase Notice Date (the “Rapid Closing Date”); whereby the Investor shall deliver to the Company, by 5:00 p.m. New York time on the Rapid Closing Date, the Rapid Purchase Investment Amount by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated by the Company.

• The Closing of a Fixed Purchase Notice shall occur within two (2) Business Day following the Fixed Purchase Notice Date (the “Fixed Purchase Closing Date”); whereby the Investor shall deliver to the Company, by 5:00 p.m. New York time, the Fixed Purchase Investment Amount by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated by the Company.

• The Project is anticipated to involve at least the Capital Investment Amount.

• The Closing of an Accelerated Purchase Notice shall occur one (1) Business Day following the Accelerated Purchase Notice Date (the “Accelerated Closing Date”); whereby the Investor shall deliver to the Company, by 5:00 p.m. New York time on the Accelerated Closing Date, the Accelerated Purchase Investment Amount by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated by the Company.

More Definitions of Investment Amount

Investment Amount shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.1(f) hereof.

Investment Amount means, with respect to each Purchaser, the investment amount indicated below such Purchaser's name on the signature page of this Agreement.

Investment Amount means, with respect to each Investor, the Investment Amount indicated on such Investor's signature page to this Agreement.

Investment Amount means the dollar value equal to the amount of Put Shares referenced in the Put Notice multiplied by the Purchase Price minus the Clearing Costs.

Investment Amount means the dollar amount to be invested in the Company at the Closing pursuant to this Agreement by a Purchaser, as set forth on the Execution Page hereto executed by such Purchaser.

Investment Amount means, with respect to each Investor, the Investment Amount indicated on such Investor’s signature page to this Agreement, which is also reflected on the Schedule of Investors attached hereto as Appendix A.

Investment Amount means the Purchase Notice Shares referenced in the Purchase Notice multiplied by the Purchase Price.
