Ground water basin definition
Ground water basin means an area confined within such geological boundaries which will act as water divides and identified and notified by the Authority;
Ground water basin means a ground water flow system that has defined boundaries and may include permeable materials that are capable of storing or furnishing a significant water supply. The basin includes both the surface area and the permeable materials beneath it.
Ground water basin means a subsurface structure having the character of a basin with respect to the collection, retention and outflow of water.
