Group Country definition

Group Country means the Group I Countries, Group II Countries, Group III Countries and Group IV Countries, collectively, and each one individually being a "Group Country," and, within each group, with respect to any particular country, so long as such country has a long-term "foreign currency ceiling rating" of at least "Aa3" by Moody's as of the applicable date of determination.

Section 1.02. Unless the context otherwise requires, the several terms defined in the General Conditions and in the Preamble to this Agreement have the respective meanings therein set forth and the following additional terms have the following meanings:

  • Qualifying country component means a component mined, produced, or manufactured in a qualifying country.

  • Service Territory means the geographic area within which PG&E as a Utility Distribution Company is authorized and required to provide electric transmission and distribution service.

  • Major European Country means any of France, Germany, Italy, Spain or the United Kingdom.

  • Major European Countries means France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.

  • Country means the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
