Group I Credit Support Depletion Date. The first Distribution Date on which the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group I-B Certificates has been or will be reduced to zero as a result of principal distributions thereon and the allocation of Realized Losses on such Distribution Date.
Group I Credit Support Depletion Date. The Payment Date on which the Class Principal Balances of all of the Group I Subordinate Notes have been reduced to zero (prior to giving effect to distributions of principal and allocations of Realized Losses on the Group I Mortgage Loans on such Payment Date).
