Group I Investor Monthly Interest means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (a) Series 1997-1 Monthly Interest for such Distribution Date and (b) the aggregate amount of monthly interest, including overdue monthly interest and interest on such overdue monthly interest, if such amounts are payable out of reallocated investor finance charge collections pursuant to the related Supplements, for all other Series included in Group I for such Distribution Date.
