Group Recoveries definition

Group Recoveries has the meaning given to that term in Clause 18.1 (Order of Application of Group Recoveries).

  • The Security Agent and every Receiver and Delegate may, in priority to any payment to the Secured Parties, indemnify itself out of the Charged Property in respect of, and pay and retain, all sums necessary to give effect to the indemnity in Clause ‎25.1 (Debtors’ indemnity) and shall have a lien on the Transaction Security and the proceeds of the enforcement of the Transaction Security for all moneys payable to it, in each case in accordance with Clause 18.1 (Order of Application of Group Recoveries).

Related to Group Recoveries

  • Subsequent Recoveries As to any Distribution Date, with respect to a Liquidated Mortgage Loan that resulted in a Realized Loss in a prior calendar month, unexpected amounts received by the Master Servicer (net of any related expenses permitted to be reimbursed pursuant to Section 3.08) specifically related to such Liquidated Mortgage Loan.

  • Net Recoveries means gross Recoveries during any Calendar Quarter minus Reimbursable Expenses during such Calendar Quarter.

  • Recoveries means, with respect to any Receivable that becomes a Liquidated Receivable, monies collected in respect thereof, from whatever source, during any Collection Period following the Collection Period in which such Receivable became a Liquidated Receivable, net of the sum of any amounts expended by the Servicer for the account of the Obligor and any amounts required by law to be remitted to the Obligor.

  • Realized Losses means, with respect to any Receivable that becomes a Liquidated Receivable, the excess of the Principal Balance of such Liquidated Receivable over Net Liquidation Proceeds to the extent allocable to principal.

  • Collections means, with respect to any Receivable, all cash collections and other cash proceeds in respect of such Receivable, including, without limitation, all yield, Finance Charges or other related amounts accruing in respect thereof and all cash proceeds of Related Security with respect to such Receivable.
