Group Relief Agreement definition

Group Relief Agreement means each group relief agreement between members of the Eurotunnel Group and certain Loss Utilisation Vehicles (known as Cheriton Resources 1 to 16 and Cheriton Leasing Limited) in the form existing on the date of this Agreement.
