Each Performance Year’s All-payer Total Cost of Care per Beneficiary Growth Target performance results shall be finalized by December 31st of the following year.
For Performance Years 1 through 4, the GMCB, in collaboration with AHS, shall submit to CMS quarterly reports on the State’s performance on the All-payer Total Cost of Care per Beneficiary Growth Target (“Quarterly Financial Report”).
