Guarantee and Pledge Agreement definition

Guarantee and Pledge Agreement means the Guarantee and Pledge Agreement dated July 18, 2001, between Mediacom Broadband, MCC and the Administrative Agent, as the same shall be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.
