Guarantee Documents definition

Guarantee Documents means the Guarantee Agreement and each other guarantee agreement, instrument or other document executed or delivered pursuant to Section 6.12 or 6.13 to guarantee any of the Obligations.
Guarantee Documents means this Agreement, the Indemnity Agreement and any other document or agreement entered into between, amongst others, any of CGIF, the Issuer and the Guaranteed Party in connection with any of those documents. Guarantee Term has the meaning given to it in Clause 2.2 (Term of the Guarantee).
Guarantee Documents. The Bad Acts Guarantee, the Guaranty Agreement and the Guarantor Pledge Agreement. Guarantor: Individually or collectively, as the context may require, the Operating Partnership, Silver Bay, the LLC Guarantor and the Trust Guarantor.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything else to the contrary in this Agreement, the Company shall not be required to reimburse the Guarantor for Expenses that the Guarantor would not have incurred but for the Guarantor’s failure to satisfy the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the Guarantee Documents.

  • Upon request by the Agent at any time, the Required Lenders will confirm in writing the Agent’s authority to release its interest in particular types or items of property, or to release any Guarantor from its obligations under the Security and Guarantee Documents pursuant to this Section.

  • Unless otherwise instructed in writing by the Required Lenders, Hermes Agent (at the direction of the Required Lenders) shall, by written notice to Hermes, issue demand notices and otherwise make claims for payment under the Hermes Export Credit Guarantee Documents if it is entitled to do so at such time pursuant thereto and shall exercise any and all rights and remedies available under the Hermes Export Credit Guarantee Documents in accordance with the provisions of this Section 11.

Guarantee Documents means the Domestic Guarantee, the Foreign Guarantees and any Supplemental Guarantees.
