Guarantee Documents definition
Guarantee Documents means the Guarantee Agreement and each other guarantee agreement, instrument or other document executed or delivered pursuant to Section 6.10 to guarantee any of the Obligations.
Guarantee Documents means this Agreement, the Indemnity Agreement and any other document or agreement entered into between, amongst others, any of CGIF, the Issuer and the Guaranteed Party in connection with any of those documents. Guarantee Term has the meaning given to it in Clause 2.2 (Term of the Guarantee).

Guarantee Documents stipulated in Chapter 10 of this Contract have come into force, the relevant registration or delivery procedures have been performed, and the guarantee has been effectively established. ☐ Special Agreement:
Article 13 Each time the Borrower draws the Capital of the Loan (including the first drawdown), it must further satisfy the following prerequisites (including but not limited to) :
1. Lender shall have received the Conditions Precedent set forth in Article 11 and be satisfied with the performance of the Conditions Precedent set forth in Article 11 and Article 12, or waive its requirement to deliver or satisfy any such conditions precedent for the situation that it has not received or is not satisfied;
2. All representations and warranties made by the Borrower in this contract are true and accurate in all material respects on the date of the expected drawdown in accordance with the information and circumstances then existing, as if they were made on the date of such drawdown;
3. There is no event of default under this contract that has occurred or continues to exist;

5. The issuance of such withdrawal will not cause the Borrower to violate:
(1) its articles of association;
(2) any agreement to which it is a party or binding on it (including this Contract, the “Security Document” and other “Business Contracts”);or
(3) any laws, regulations and other normative documents;
Guarantee Documents this Agreement, the Guarantee, the Security Documents, and related agreements.
Guarantee Documents means the Domestic Guarantee, the Foreign Guarantees and any Supplemental Guarantees.
Guarantee Documents means, jointly: (i) the Guarantee Trust, (ii) the Mortgage, (iii) the Pledge on Furniture, (iv) the Monaco Pledge, (v) the guarantee of ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Cababie in terms of this Agreement and the Promissory Notes, (vi) the Mortgage on the Playa Delfines Property, (vii) the Mortgage on Private Unit Number 2, (viii) the mortgage on Private Unit Number 3 which, if applicable, is constitutes in accordance with the provisions of Clause Ten, section A, section (33), of this Agreement, (ix) the Pledge on Murano World Shares, (x) as well as each and every one of the Agreements, instruments and other required documents in accordance with the Credit Documents, executed or to be executed to guarantee and/or serve as a source of payment for the Borrower's obligations under this Agreement.
Guarantee Documents has the meaning set forth in clause 27(j).
Guarantee Documents means this Agreement and the Guarantee Cover Agreement; “Guarantee Fee” means the guarantee fee to be paid by the Primary Mortgage Lender to KMGT as consideration for the guarantee under the Guarantee Cover Agreements;
Guarantee Documents means, collectively, the Guarantee and such other documents and instruments as Lessor may from time to time reasonably request from Guarantor to confirm its obligations under the Guarantee.
