Guarantor Documents definition

Guarantor Documents means this Guaranty and all other certificates, documents, agreements and instruments delivered to any Guaranteed Party under or in connection with this Guaranty and the Loan Documents.
Guarantor Documents means the Borrower’s Manager’s Limited Indemnity and Guarantee.
Guarantor Documents means collectively, the Guaranty of Completion, the Recourse Guaranty, and the Environmental Indemnity.

  • Except to the extent otherwise provided in the Credit Agreement, no Guarantor shall have the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations hereunder or under any other Guarantor Documents without the prior written consent of the Required Lenders.

More Definitions of Guarantor Documents

Guarantor Documents means, collectively, the Existing Guarantor Documents, as amended by this Ratification Agreement, in each instance, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
Guarantor Documents means the Guarantor Guarantees and the Guarantor Collateral Documents.
