Guaranteed Hedge Obligations definition

Guaranteed Hedge Obligations means the due and punctual payment and performance of all obligations of any Loan Party or Restricted Subsidiary under any Guaranteed Hedge Agreement (other than Excluded Swap Obligations).
Guaranteed Hedge Obligations shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.01(c).
Guaranteed Hedge Obligations means the due and punctual payment and performance of any and all obligations of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings arising under each Guaranteed Hedge Agreement that are owed to a Hedge Bank.

Guaranteed Hedge Obligations means the due and punctual payment and performance of all obligations of each Loan Party under each Swap Agreement that (i) is in effect on the Restatement Effective Date with a counterparty that is a Revolving Lender or an Affiliate of a Revolving Lender as of such date or (ii) is entered into after the Restatement Effective Date with any counterparty that is a Revolving Lender or an Affiliate of a Revolving Lender at the time such Swap Agreement is entered into; provided, however, the term “Guaranteed Hedge Obligations” shall not create any guarantee by any Guarantor of (or grant of security interest by any Grantor to support) any Excluded Swap Obligations of such Guarantor.

The amount of any guarantee obligation shall be deemed to be an amount equal to the stated or determinable amount of the Indebtedness in respect of which such guarantee obligation is made or, if not stated or determinable, the maximum reasonably anticipated liability in respect thereof (assuming such Person is required to perform thereunder) as determined by such Person in good faith.
