Guaranty Release Period definition

Guaranty Release Period means any period commencing on the date on which a Guaranty Release Date occurs and ending on the date on which a Guaranty Trigger Event occurs.
Guaranty Release Period means any period on or after the Collateral Release Date during which there is no Guaranty from any Subsidiary in effect with respect to any Subordinated Notes or Permitted Junior Indebtedness or any other Indebtedness of the Borrower.
