Gxxxxx Mxx Contract means (i) 12 U.S.C. § 1721(g) and any implementing regulations governing the MBS Program, 24 C.F.R. Part 300; (ii) applicable Guaranty Agreements and contractual agreements between Gxxxxx Mxx and Seller; and (iii) the Gxxxxx Mxx Guide and other applicable guides.
