Haida Gwaii means the terrestrial areas, including above and below the surface and submerged lands identified on the map attached as Appendix B and for greater certainty does not include the water column;
Haida Gwaii means that portion of Haida Gwaii, also known as the Queen Charlotte Islands, identified on the map included in Schedule A, including the foreshore marine areas;
Haida Gwaii is the territory identified in the map attached as Schedule “A” and includes Haida Gwaii Marine and Haida Gwaii Terrestrial.
