SORA definition
SORA means, in respect of any Singapore Business Day “i”, a reference rate equal to the daily Singapore Overnight Rate Average published by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (or a successor administrator), as the administrator of the benchmark, on the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s website currently at http://www.mas.gov.sg, or any successor website officially designated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (or as published by its authorised distributors) (the “Relevant Screen Page”) on the Singapore Business Day immediately following such Singapore Business Day “i”; and
SORA means the Singapore Overnight Rate Average.

SORA means a rate equal to the Singapore Overnight Rate Average as administered by the SORA Administrator.

SORA means, in relation to any amount in SGD for any day, the Singapore Overnight Rate Average administered by the MAS (or any other person which takes over the administration of that rate) published by the MAS (or any other person which takes over the publication of that rate) and is titled “SORA” at https://eservices.mas.gov.sg/Statistics/dir/DomesticInterestRates.aspx (or any replacement page which displays that rate) or on the appropriate page of such other information service which displays that rate from time to time in place of the MAS, and if such page or service ceases to be available, BNPP may specify another page or service displaying the relevant rate after consultation with the Borrower(s), provided that if any such rate is below zero, SORA will be deemed to be zero.

If, in respect of any Singapore Banking Day, the applicable SORA is not made available on the Relevant Screen Page (or has not been otherwise published by the SORA authorised distributors) by 5.00 p.m. Singapore time, then the SORA in respect of such Singapore Banking Day shall be the SORA published on the Relevant Screen Page (or as otherwise published by the SORA authorised distributors) for the first preceding Singapore Banking Day on which the SORA was published on the Relevant Screen Page (or as otherwise published by the SORA authorised distributors).
SORA means in relation to any Loan, the Singapore Overnight Rate Average (SORA) as published on the Statistics page of the website of the MAS, or any successor website officially designated by the MAS (or as published by its authorised distributors) (“MAS SORA Website”), whereby the relevant SORA for an upcoming Term shall be obtained based on the relevant historical 1-month, 3-month and 6-month Compounded SORA each as published on the MAS SORA Website on the Quotation Day as the case may be.
