Hardware Token is the physical version of the “Digital Token” which is used to perform “SCA” H2H / Host to Host “H2H” or “Host to Host” is the Cash Management Service provided by “The Bank” for its Customers to access their accounts with “The Bank” Identifying Information “Identifying Information” are the credentials, user ID, or user name which helps to confirm the identity of the Customers “Authorised Representative” to the “Service” Indemnified Parties “Indemnified Parties” are the shareholders, directors, officers and employees of the “Bank” and the shareholders, directors, officers and employees of our affiliated companies. Instructions “Instructions” refer to any form of information or request submitted by the “Customer” electronically via a Cash Management Service. This can include Login, Consent, Approvals, information requests and payment submissions and approvals. Xxxxxx “Xxxxxx” is the Cash Management Service which can interface into “The Bank” for its Customers to access their accounts with “The Bank”
