Hardware definition

Hardware means any and all computer and computer-related hardware, including, but not limited to, computers, file servers, facsimile servers, scanners, color printers, laser printers and networks.
Hardware or “hardware” means the combination of the machine types and other hardware products which, together with the operating system software, can perform one or more data processing functions when utilizing the Software.
Hardware means the hardware the Vendor utilizes in the Hosted Environment for delivery and maintenance of the Hosted Software Services.

  • Customer will indemnify Humanetics against any third- party claims, damages, fines, and cost (including increased taxes, attorney’s fees, and expenses) relating in any way to the use of or negligence with regard to the Hardware.

  • Customer is liable for all damage to the Hardware not covered by the express warranties made in these Hardware Terms.
